Argentina is a very large country, precisely the eighth largest in the world. To go from Buenos Aires to each destination you need to take a flight because land travel is too long (for example a bus trip to Iguazu or Mendoza would take from 18 to 20 hours and to any Patagonian destination it takes a minimum of 24 hours). Fortunately, the flying time for most flights is quite short.
There is no direct flight from Iguazu to Mendoza or viceversa, so you will have to fly first to Buenos Aires and fly from there to your next destination.
We will always try to arrange for same day flight connections. However, it is important for you to know that if there is any delay in the first flight and you are not able to get to your flight connection, the local airlines will pay for your night in Buenos Aires but they don't take any responsibility for the problems this will generate on your trip itinerary (i.e. if you miss doing a tour or a booked hotel night, you won't get a refund from them). So whenever the flight connection has only a very short time difference (less than 1 hour and half), we suggest (when possible), to stay 1 night in Buenos Aires to avoid the risk of loosing the connection. We cannot make any guarantee about flight connections, but we can tell you that we have seen lost flight connections in only very few cases.
For your chosen destinations you need 4 domestic flights. Please find below the flights duration for your trip flights. Bear in mind that these durations are for non-stop flights (most flights in Argentina are non-stop).
